Caring and Patient
Richard and Jason were extremely patient with our situation. Unfortunately we didn’t qualify for the extensive work that our home needed right away. They continued to work with us until we were able to secure the financing. There dedication to make our dream bathroom, which included an expansion into another room, come true. We recently purchased a home in the San Antonio area and there was water damage that was covered up that only took a couple months to reveal. We knew we had to get something done but we didn’t know how urgent it was going to become. These two gentlemen came into our home and treated us with dignity and respect. We definitely challenged the task/job and I think we all learned some new things. The dogs also enjoyed our visitors, Richard & Jason. We were very impressed with the professionalism and ease with which we were treated. The process was very easy to understand how the work was to be completed. Picking the finishes was fun and very easy to accomplish. Overall we were very satisfied with the sales side of the business. I will leave another review after the completion of the job.
